• -Put 2 Gallons of Water + (1) Half Gallon of Syrup into the Unit (No alcohol yet).
• -Run the cooling/freezing feature on the unit, for upwards of 1-hour to 2-hours, for the water & syrup to become slushie consistency.
• -After the Water & Syrup have turned into slushie consistency, then add the Liquor.
