The frozen drink machine features a large capacity of 3.7 gallon bowl and fan-cooled compressor for a longer life.
The standby switch allows product to be kept refrigerated overnight.

-Put 2 Gallons of Water + (1) Half Gallon of Syrup into the Unit (No alcohol yet).
-Run the cooling/freezing feature on the unit, for upwards of 1-hour to 2-hours, for the water & syrup to become slushie consistency.
-After the Water & Syrup have turned into slushie consistency, then add the Liquor.
